HE the Minister of Transport Jassim bin Saif Al-Sulaiti met here today with Kim Kyung Sik, South Korean Vice Minister for Land and Infrastructure and Transport.
Discussions focused on matters of common interest in transportation field and ways of enhancing them .
The meeting was attended on the Qatari side by a number of senior officials from the Ministry of Transport and Qatar Railways Company (Qatar Rail) and Qatar Transport Company (Mowasalat), Qatar Ports Management Company and the New Port Project Steering Committee.
On the Korean side, the meeting was attended by a number of Korean senior officials of national institutions for highways, railways and International Contractors Association of Korea as well as representatives of major Korean companies and officials from Ministry for Land and Infrastructure and Transport .
