Qiddiya and Deloitte have opened the Intelligent Command Centre — a cutting-edge digital platform that integrates automation and analytics

Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and Deloitte have announced the launch of the Intelligent Command Centre (ICC) – a state-of-the-art digital hub designed to deliver real-time insights, automation, and data-driven control to support Qiddiya’s fast-expanding operations.
Unveiled at Qiddiya’s Corporate IT office, the ICC represents a major leap in how large-scale organisations manage complexity, enhance resilience, and make faster, smarter decisions. Powered by advanced analytics and AI-driven automation, the system enables proactive risk detection, accelerates response times, and provides leadership with a clear, real-time view of operational performance across Qiddiya’s ecosystem.
As Saudi Arabia continues its nationwide digital transformation, the ICC underscores Qiddiya’s commitment to embedding innovation and intelligence into every aspect of its business. By transforming operational data into actionable insights, the new command centre will help create a more agile, connected, and secure organisation — one capable of anticipating challenges and adapting to constant change.
Abdulrahman Al Ali, Chief Technology Officer at Qiddiya Investment Company, highlighted the ICC’s strategic significance, saying: “The integration of AI into our command centres will transform our operational strategy to ensure resilience, agility, and leadership. In a world where digital complexity and operational risk are ever-present, ICCs provide the cohesive, intelligent, and automated system of control necessary to navigate these challenges.”
Rashid Bashir, Partner and Technology & Transformation Leader at Deloitte Middle East, added: “Our collaboration with Qiddiya Investment Company exemplifies our commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive strategic value and innovation. ICCs are not just about managing operations; they are about empowering organisations to lead in the digital age.”
A flagship project of Saudi Vision 2030, Qiddiya City is being developed as a global destination for entertainment, sports, and culture. The new ICC will serve as a cornerstone of this vision — ensuring seamless operations, strong cyber-resilience, and the intelligent coordination required to manage one of the world’s most ambitious city developments.
