Venues are at Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai in Al Jaddaf, Dubai Indoor Kartdrome, Motor City, and Dubai Creek.

Hosari expressed his satisfaction with the huge turnout of participants this year.

“The addition of the Corporate Sports Championship is in line with the vision of the Dubai government in promoting the importance of sports in creating a spirit of competition, teamwork and promoting a culture of closeness and cooperation between people in corporate institutions.”

Ibrahim added: “The Dubai Sports Council is pleased to provide full support for this great event and to cooperate with Corporate Sport through this exceptional session, which is held in conjunction with Expo 2020 Dubai.”

“Corporate Sports Championship is a model of the successful relationship which links the Dubai Sports Council and private sector institutions with the aim of spreading healthy living and active lifestyle in our society. It also attracts more participants and meets the needs of different segments of society and of different ages. We value the efforts of the organisers and we affirm our keenness to support the event to ensure its continued success,” he added.

Organisers said financial prizes will be given to first place winners, in addition to in-kind prizes allocated to participants or even visitors to the event.

Corporate Sports Championship is open to all employees of all nationalities and levels with the purpose of enhancing teamwork and camaraderie among employees, and making work-life more balanced through sports.

The event will also provide facilities for families and friends attending the event and supporting the participants. There is a conducive atmosphere for children as well as activities and entertainment at the Family Entertainment Village, making the event an integrated experience for all family members, while ensuring the highest standards of public health and safety.

With its mission of ‘Bringing Wellbeing to the Workplace’, Corporate Sports empowers organisations by engaging their employees in corporate sporting events such as tournaments and wellness days associated with CSR initiatives.

Corporate Sports is passionate about bringing wellbeing to the workplace, unlocking business potential, and accelerating performance through the power of sport.
