du’s small and medium enterprise (SME) customers based in Ras Al-Khaimah and the surrounding area are invited to join du’s experts at the fourth Business Help Roadshow, the first held by du in the area. SME customers are invited to join du from 10am-6pm on 16th September at the Hilton Ras Al-Khaimah, to receive face to face advice and rapid query resolutions.

Hany Fahmy Ali, Executive Vice President – Enterprise Business, du, said, “Our Business Help Roadshow has proved a highly effective platform for giving our valued customers direct access to our experts. We are committed to delivering the highest level of customer experience on all levels, in order to better serve the businesses that form such a vital part of the U.A.E.’s economy.” The Business Help Roadshow is a regular event, rotating throughout the emirates. This is the first time du has held the event in Ras Al-Khaimah, bringing billing and technical telecom experts to discuss issues, challenges and questions in face-to-face sessions. Customers in Ras Al-Khaimah and adjoining emirates have been invited personally through phone, email and SMS, to confirm an appointment with the du experts.

Previous Business Help Roadshow events, held in Dubai and Sharjah, were extremely successful, with 75 percent of the customers who visited having their issues resolved instantly.

The first Business Help Roadshow was launched in March 2014. As the first event of its kind, the Roadshow goes to the customers in order to address their needs within their own areas, in a full-day open house format that invites attendees to share their issues, challenges and questions in the areas of billing, technical, and sales for both mobile and fixed services. du’s experts will be on-ground throughout the event, offering face to face sessions to deliver faster resolutions – with a majority of customer issues raised at the first event resolved on the spot.
