With over 30,000 employees, this milestone edition pays tribute to the dedication of frontline workers, the backbone of EFS, under the theme “Progression and Development.” This annual tradition honours their commitment with a day of appreciation, innovation, and togetherness.
Reflecting EFS’s values, the Carnival integrates themes like leadership, learning, and well-being through creative initiatives. Highlights include the “We Can” Club, showcasing employee talent with a gourmet food shack and an art platform, while proceeds from auctions support welfare programs. The Shifa Health Program promotes well-being with health check-ups, yoga sessions, and fitness challenges, encouraging a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, sustainability and social responsibility take centre stage through the EFS Greens and CSR initiatives like Ehsaas and Abhaar India, emphasizing eco-friendly practices and holistic worker support.
From career development booths to grand raffles offering prizes up to AED 25,000, the Carnival celebrates excellence and inspires self-actualization.
