Royal Development Holding (RDH), a subsidiary of Emirates Stallions Group (ESG), has unveiled Radisson Residences Al Reem Island, a landmark AED 1.2 billion waterfront development and the world’s first standalone Radisson Residences, further strengthening Abu Dhabi’s profile as a global destination for branded real estate.
Developed in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group, the project comprises three residential towers rising from a shared podium along Al Reem Island’s mangrove-fringed waterfront, approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Abu Dhabi. The development offers a diverse range of residences, including studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom townhouses and expansive four-bedroom townhouses.
Designed to deliver an immersive coastal lifestyle, the residences combine contemporary architecture with nature-inspired design elements, offering panoramic views of tidal waterways and lush mangrove landscapes. Floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious balconies and outdoor-focused layouts are intended to enhance the connection between interior living spaces and the surrounding natural environment.
The interiors feature a refined coastal theme, highlighted by natural materials and warm, neutral colour palettes. Residents will have access to an array of premium amenities, including a waterfront pool deck, fitness and yoga studios, landscaped courtyards, social and recreational lounges, and concierge services integrated with the Radisson Rewards Programme. The development also benefits from close proximity to retail, dining and leisure destinations that are transforming Al Reem Island into a vibrant lifestyle hub.
Tariq Nazzal, Chief Executive Officer of Royal Development Holding, described the project as a significant milestone, noting that it represents both the first standalone Radisson Residences worldwide and the first branded residential development on Al Reem Island, with completion targeted for the end of 2027. He added that the project reflects RDH’s commitment to design-driven, community-focused living that appeals to residents and long-term investors alike.
Elie Milky, Chief Development Officer for the Middle East, Northeast Africa, Greece and Cyprus at Radisson Hotel Group, said the collaboration brings Radisson Residences to one of Abu Dhabi’s most distinctive waterfront locations, blending Radisson’s hospitality expertise with a lifestyle centred on nature and wellbeing.
Radisson Residences Al Reem Island forms part of RDH’s growing portfolio of branded residential developments, as demand across the UAE continues to rise for projects that combine global brands with high-quality, lifestyle-oriented urban living.
