Terra Gardens brings 560 contemporary residences, wellness spaces, and leisure amenities to the heart of Expo City Dubai

Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have unveiled Terra Gardens, the newest addition to the Expo Living masterplan, following the success of Terra Heights. The launch marks a key milestone in the development of Expo City Dubai, a vibrant, mixed-use destination combining residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial spaces across 451,295 square metres.
Terra Gardens introduces 560 modern residences across thoughtfully designed communities, complemented by landscaped courtyards, jogging tracks, yoga zones, padel and multi-use sports courts, children’s play areas, and a pet park. Residents also enjoy proximity to Expo Mall, a curated retail, dining, and leisure hub at the heart of the development, enabling a live-work-play experience within one connected destination.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Executive Director at Emaar Properties, said: “Terra Gardens represents the next step in realising Expo Living as a dynamic and sustainable community. We are proud to offer residents an environment where modern living, leisure and access to nature come together, allowing people to live, work and thrive at the heart of Expo City Dubai.”
Amer Al Farsi, Vice President of Real Estate Development at DWTC, added: “This launch marks a significant milestone for Expo City Dubai, advancing our long-term vision to create a community where residents can connect and flourish. Terra Gardens integrates residential, retail, and commercial offerings, setting a new benchmark for people-centric urban living.”
Aligned with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Plan, Expo Living and Terra Gardens combine sustainable design with community-centric planning, ensuring residents enjoy access to amenities, green spaces, and cultural and leisure experiences.
