World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026 Gets Underway in Davos

The World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting 2026 officially opened today in Davos, Switzerland, under the theme “A Spirit of Dialogue,” bringing together global leaders from government, business, civil society, and academia.

Taking place from January 19 to 23, 2026, the forum will address five major global priorities: rebuilding trust and strengthening international cooperation; identifying new drivers of sustainable economic growth; advancing skills development and investment in human capital; promoting the responsible use of technology and innovation; and integrating environmental sustainability into economic growth models. Discussions will also explore the impacts of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and cybersecurity on industries and societies worldwide.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is participating in the 2026 Annual Meeting with a high-level delegation aimed at enhancing dialogue and collaboration with international leaders across public and private sectors, civil society, and academic institutions, in support of global stability and shared prosperity.

As part of its engagement, the Kingdom will relaunch the “Saudi House” pavilion, organized by the Ministry of Economy and Planning. The pavilion will serve as a hub for cooperation and constructive dialogue, hosting more than 20 discussion sessions—including over 10 officially accredited by the WEF—bringing together senior decision-makers, thought leaders, and international officials.
