Amiri Diwan Advisor Mohammad Dheifallah Sharar attended the inauguration ceremony of Mauritanian President Mohammad Ould Abdel Aziz in the capital Nouakchott on Saturday.
Sharar is representing His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
