The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre has announced the reopening of Flair 5.
The menu features Japanese-Peruvian inspired dishes such as Salmon Acevichado, Mushroom Ceviche, Black Cod Miso Glaze, Striploin Saltado to name a few. In addition to sampling items from the Nikkei-inspired menu, guests can also indulge in a wide selection of herb-based beverages with personalised, aromatic twists and combinations.
The venue will launch an updated weekly line-up of the themed events, and elevated nightlife experience.
