The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah, UAE has promoted Nezha Aanou to the role of director of operations.
Now overseeing the daily operational tasks to ensure the delivery of the highest service standards to guests, while cultivating a healthy work environment for colleagues, Nezha brings 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry to her role, according to the property.
On Aanou’s appointment as The Chedi Al Bait’s Director of Operations, the resort’s Hotel Manager, Albert Meow, says: “In hospitality, we value the importance of having the right people to communicate our values and visions, while constantly providing an outstanding guest experience.
