His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, and President Donald Trump of the United States of America signed the Strategic Defence Agreement between the two nations at the White House today.

The landmark agreement builds on the long-standing strategic partnership and deep-rooted historical ties that have united Saudi Arabia and the United States for more than ninety years. It marks a significant step in strengthening long-term defence cooperation and reflects both countries’ commitment to supporting peace, security, and prosperity in the region.

Under the agreement, Saudi Arabia and the United States reaffirm their status as capable security partners, able to collaborate in confronting regional and international challenges. It enhances long-term defence coordination, strengthens deterrence capabilities and readiness, and supports the development and integration of advanced defence capacities between the two nations.

Additionally, the agreement establishes a robust framework for sustained defence partnership, contributing to the security and stability of both countries and their shared interests.
