OMNIYAT’s project, One at Palm Jumeirah, which will be managed by Dorchester Collection, is set to be completed in December 2020.
With two of three penthouses having already been sold, the project is in reaching distance of the finish line with construction focussed on interiors, finishing touches, landscaping and commissioning.

OMNIYAT is the first developer to collaborate with the hospitality brand Dorchester Collection, to launch its first-ever offering in the Middle East region.
The interior design of this 910,000 sq. ft project has been brought to life by London’s acclaimed interior design studio, Elicyon and Japanese-born design firm Super Potato.
This 105m residential landmark houses 94 residences. Residents can enjoy over 55,000 sq. ft of dedicated gardens and amenities, including a beachfront promenade accompanied by a private jetty and two restaurants, alongside One at Palm Jumeirah Beach Club managed by Dorchester Collection.
