After reopening its doors last month, LARTE – located in Studio One hotel – has relaunched its most popular deals and introduced a revamped menu created by Head Chef Luca.
LARTE’s new menu takes a creative take on classic favourites such as bruschetta, burrata, pizzas and pastas where Chef Luca cleverly makes use of trending ingredients like avocado, truffle, brie and asparagus.
The menu features a selection of pizzas. Chef Luca has included some of his specialties on the menu – these include the Cotoletta, Rigatoni Carbonara and Torta alla Nutella.
LARTE’s Ladies Night has now relaunched and offers ladies three free drinks and a choice of pizza, pasta or risotto for AED 99. The night’s highlight is the live risotto station, where Chef Luca will prepare the risotto and finish it off in a giant Parmesan wheel.
La Dolce Vita at LARTE! is a three-hour brunch taking place every Friday from 1pm to 4pm. Guests can look forward to an all-Italian brunch featuring a wide variety of appetisers such as Bruschetta Norcina and Melanzane in Teglia, as well as signature dishes from the new menu including Pizza Capricciosa and Boscaiola, Risotto Funghi and Gnocchi Pesto.
La Dolce Vita Brunch is priced at AED 269 with unlimited starters, a choice of main course and dessert with unlimited house beverages. Non-alcoholic and premium packages are available.
