Launching a special one-off progressive dinner coupled with riddles and an eventful itinerary for Valentine’s Day, the romantic evening starts with bubblies and canapes in the Aspen Ski Chalet. Then, appetisers and drinks at Salero, followed by mains under the stars by the pool deck.

The menu has been specially crafted to celebrate the season of love ranging from Caramelized Goats Cheese with Orange Marmalade, Baby Shrimp Tart with Mango Salsa, Heirloom Tomatoes and more. Each couple will enjoy mouthwatering delicacies such as Raspberry Cheesecake, Lemon Vanilla Tart, Passion Chocolate Financier whilst sipping on fresh coffee and tea.
