Hassan Allam has announced that Emaar Misr has awarded Hassan Allam Construction/Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) joint venture new contracts to build the new Address Hotel and Village A Resorts Complex in the Marassi North Coast compound.
The new Address Hotel project involves the full turnkey works for the 593 room and serviced apartment luxury five star hotel complex, along with over 57,000 sqm of landscaping and infrastructure. The project is also set to include two restaurants, a health club, complete with gym, spa and pool, as well as lobbies for the hotel and residential building.
Village A resorts complex will include the construction of 91 fully finished residential villas, a community center and a beach club with a total BUA of 58,796 square meters
In keeping with the health and safety of their staff while delivering projects in a timely and decisive manner, Hassan Allam stated: “We are moving ahead with these projects while keeping safety as our first and foremost priority as it has always been, ensuring all strict measures related to keeping our people safe are in place.”
