Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, located in Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, has launched its ‘Hellicious Brunch’ on Saturdays.
Available for bookings from June 20, 1pm to 4pm, a maximum of five people are permitted per table and prices start at AED 295 per person inclusive of soft drinks, AED 395 for the house package and AED 445 for the sparkling package.
Diners familiar with the Friday brunch at Hell’s Kitchen will spot all their favourite dishes, but Saturday brunchers can also select the classic HK Roast Beef or Roast Chicken with all the trimmings, which has been added exclusively to round off the weekend.
The menu is available entirely à la carte with unlimited starters and desserts served directly at the tables and a choice of one main course per diner. While fans of the legendary Gordon Ramsay will be relieved to hear the most popular dish on the menu, Beef Wellington, is one of the main courses available to order, a whole host of culinary masterpieces have been created.
Set to a backdrop of classic hits tracks, the red and blue kitchens will prepare starters including the Classic Caesar Salad, the finest of Tuna Tartare, mouthwatering Wagyu Meatballs and the ultimate comfort food Truffle Cheese Toasties.
An unlimited collection of seasonal side dishes will be served with the main courses, and brunch-goers have a difficult decision to make when choosing one main among the famous Beef Wellington, the HK Roast Beef or Roast Chicken, Crispy Skin Salmon and Wild Mushroom and Truffle Risotto.
