Motorsport fans worldwide are awaiting the return of the Formula E World Championship to the Jeddah Corniche Circuit – the world’s fastest street circuit – with just 30 days remaining before the race, scheduled for February 13-14, following the series’ historic first appearance on the Red Sea coast last season.
The world’s leading electric-car racing drivers will compete in the only night races on the Formula E calendar, an event underscoring Saudi Arabia’s growing profile as a global host of major sporting events.
This year, the competition returns to the Jeddah Corniche Circuit on a modified 3-kilometer layout featuring 19 high-speed corners, offering one of the championship’s most distinctive settings, with panoramic views of the Red Sea.
The circuit is known for its high speed and requires technical precision. The Attack Zone at Turn 13 adds an extra element of excitement, intensifying competition among drivers and delivering a distinctive sporting experience for spectators.
The event extends beyond on-track action, offering spectators a comprehensive experience that combines advanced technology, speed, and international entertainment. Visitors will have access to a wide range of activities, including interactive games and simulations, as well as diverse food and beverage options, in an atmosphere suitable for families and audiences of all ages.
After six prominent seasons hosted in Diriyah, the move of the Formula E World Championship to Jeddah in 2025 delivered notable outcomes, with last season’s double-header becoming the most-watched in the championship’s history, drawing more than 65 million viewers worldwide.
Drivers and top finishers from last season’s Jeddah E-Prix praised the event’s success, commending the circuit’s quality and Saudi Arabia’s warm welcome and hospitality.
This strong enthusiasm from the drivers once again underscores the Jeddah E-Prix’s status as one of the most anticipated rounds on the global Formula E calendar, reflecting the high level of readiness of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit and Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading global motorsport platform.
