Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has launched the ‘Dubai Startup Guide’ — a practical roadmap for entrepreneurs building digital ventures in the city

busThe Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, one of the three chambers under Dubai Chambers, has unveiled the ‘Dubai Startup Guide’, a comprehensive new resource aimed at empowering entrepreneurs looking to launch and grow digital ventures in the emirate.
The guide offers a detailed roadmap for navigating Dubai’s thriving digital business landscape, providing practical advice on company formation, legal requirements, funding opportunities, and the full range of business setup options. It also maps out Dubai’s robust startup ecosystem — including accelerators, incubators, sandboxes, and free zones — with insights into key support entities driving innovation across the city.
Structured to support businesses across 12 key sectors of the digital economy, the guide covers emerging industries such as 3D Printing, Agritech, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Assets, Edtech, Fintech, Gaming, Healthtech, Metaverse/Web3, Proptech, and SaaS. It outlines the regulatory frameworks and growth prospects within each area, showcasing why Dubai continues to be a magnet for digital entrepreneurs and tech pioneers.
The launch of the guide follows the recent opening of the Dubai Founders HQ, a pioneering hub designed to further accelerate the startup ecosystem. This first-of-its-kind initiative integrates a physical campus with a digital platform, connecting founders, investors, and ecosystem partners to foster collaboration and scale innovation.
Developed as a practical and user-friendly reference, the Dubai Startup Guide is aimed at both early-stage founders and experienced innovators. It offers targeted recommendations, curated resources, and sector-specific insights to help entrepreneurs make informed decisions and unlock Dubai’s competitive advantages as a global business hub.
The guide’s release also coincides with the upcoming Expand North Star 2025, the world’s largest startup event, hosted by Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy and organised by Dubai World Trade Centre. Celebrating its 10th edition since its inception in 2016, the event reinforces Dubai’s rising status as a global leader in the digital economy.
