Distillery launches all-new a la carte menu

Distillery has launched a brand-new a la carte menu showcasing gastropub favourites.

The new menu is now available for dine-in at Distillery, and takeaway through Deliveroo with a 20% discount until September 30 (discount applicable to delivery only).

The bites section offers up options like the truffle cheese brisket poutine topped with peppercorn gravy and chives, crispy potato skins with bloody Mary ketchup, and Distillery’s ‘hail Caesar’ salad with bacon, croutons and a shaving of parmesan.

From the ‘barely cooked’ selection, find dishes such as black & blue tuna, wagyu beef tartare, and salmon gravlax.

The ‘sticky fingers’ section is home to tempting servings of jalapeno popper bagel bites, popcorn prawns, sticky cauliflower bites, and a variety of chicken wings including ‘Bling of Fire’ flaming hot sauce wings, ‘Hickory Dickory Dock’ hickory smoked BBQ wings, ‘Say Cheese’ cheesy dipped wings, and ‘Asian Sensation’ teriyaki wings.

For the burger fans, Distillery’s ‘in a bun’ options include ‘baddabing baddaboom!’ – a pulled brisket burger marinated in Asian BBQ sauce, topped with pickled onions and a mozzarella bomb, the ‘pho-king chicken’ burger comprises a Vietnamese-spiced crispy chicken middle with Asian slaw and sriracha mayo, another is the ‘hot as f***’ bun with peppercorn-crusted beef accompanied by habanero and tomato chutney, cheddar, baby gem and roasted onion.

Tacos are up next, and not to be missed. The ‘el chapo’ comes packed with Asian BBQ brisket, lime aioli, chimichurri and baby gem, while the ‘prawnstar’ encases garlic prawns, pico de gallo, sour cream and coriander – both served in homemade tortillas.

For the main show, the ‘entrizzles’ section offers up a variety of dishes like the ‘butter your bird’ Distillery-style butter chicken with dirty rice, ‘shroom rice’ risotto, ‘sofishticated’ roasted salmon with Asian wonton salad, and the aubergine emoji – baked aubergine stuffed with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and cheese.

All dishes pair well with a side of frizzles – American-style fries with chimichurri seasoning.
