DAMAC Properties, the region’s leading luxury real estate developer, has launched a unique concept at DAMAC Hills. The ‘A La Carte Villas’ enables buyers to personalise multiple aspects of their homes including villa type, layout, landscaping, interiors, and furnishings, among others. For the first time in the UAE, customers can get a genuinely bespoke real estate experience using DAMAC’s cutting-edge configuration app that allows them to design their homes based on their preferences.

Starting at AED 1,499,000, these 3- and 4-bedroom villas located at DAMAC’s 42 million square feet master development, DAMAC Hills, offer a myriad of customisable options in terms of plot size, swimming pools, exterior facades, terrace, furnishings, and interior schemes, among others. Available in both furnished and unfurnished options, the ‘A La Carte Villas’ feature large private gardens and gates for individual access to the sprawling community park.

Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, DAMAC Properties, said, “At DAMAC, we have always believed in creating unique living concepts that meet the different needs of our customers. With the ‘A La Carte Villas’, we are taking our customer-centric approach a notch up. Homes reflect the dreams and aspirations of those who live in them, and we wanted to create a platform that enables our customers to design every aspect of their own living experiences based on their tastes and lifestyles. We have always been at the forefront of innovation in the real estate sector. With this avant-garde concept, we reaffirm our commitment to driving market-leading trends that exceed our customers’ expectations.”

Besides being able to design their villas, residents of ‘A La Carte Villas’ will also benefit from living in a community that offers some of the most spectacular outdoors and life-enhancing amenities such as the 18-hole championship golf course, world-class dining, a four million square metre landscaped park, supermarkets, a skatepark, and a horse stable, among others. Moreover, the community centre at DAMAC Hills features a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a pet grooming facility, and a new Norwegian early education centre, CreaKids.
