This Eid Al Fitr holiday, COYA Dubai will be offering special sharing meal kits from May 23-30.
The Latin American restaurant’s Eid specials will include two main dishes and a dessert for sharing – the Paletilla de Cordero or lamb shoulder, the Dorada Escabeche Peruano or char-grilled whole sea bream, both accompanied by side dishes, and Tortell de Nata Maracuya or sweet custard tarts.
In-house and delivery guests can order the dishes 24-hours in advance either fully cooked and prepared at the restaurant or in DIY kits. Thehome-cooking kits will include detailed instructions and pre-measured ingredients such as marinated meats, garnishes, and sides needed for creating restaurant-quality dishes.
COYA Dubai is open Sunday to Thursday, from 12.30pm to 7pm. The restaurant follows safety measures and maintains a physical distance with tables set two metres apart and guest occupancy at 30 per cent of capacity.
