Nick Alvis and Scott Price have created an ‘at-home’ version of their signature Beef Wellington dish.
At AED 495, the Beef Wellington arrives oven-ready, along with servings of creamed mashed potatoes, freshly chopped chives, honey roasted carrots, truffle oil, the beef short rib and more.
There’s also a recipe card and a link to a step-by-step video to help with the finishing touches. The dish serves two: the first week of deliveries will be October 15 and the cut-off for orders this week is October 13.
