Pan Asian Restaurant Zhen Wei is back, a Far Eastern spot located at Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, offering guests an à la carte dinner menu from Thursday to Sunday, as well as a Dim Sum Friday and Saturday Brunch.
Taking place every Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 3:30pm, Zhen Wei’s chef has created an authentic Dim Sum brunch experience, where guests can indulge in unlimited handmade Dim Sum alongside a main course. The menu includes Scallop & Lobster Siew Mai, Beef Spice Dumpling, Rose Prawn Har Gao, Pan Fried Shrimp Corn Cake and more.
When it comes to the main course, foodies can choose from Sweet and Sour Crispy Chicken, Barbecued Salmon or the Moo Shu Beef, along with a selection of accompaniments. Coconut Ice Cream with Brown Cake will finish off the meal.
Guests can pair this menu with either soft beverages for AED 228 per person, or house beverages for AED 328 per person.
