In a stock market filing, Saudi Real Estate Company announced that one of its subsidiaries Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure company (Binyah) has signed a contract with Misk Foundation to design and implement car bridge, associated roads, and utilities in addition to earth works related to the project with an amount of SAR 356mn ($95mn).
Binyah Company is considered as one of the national companies specialized in the implementation of Infrastructure development works in which Saudi Real Estate Company possesses (60%). As it specializes in roads, bridges, tunnels works, construction and installation of water and sewage networks, construction and installation of electricity and energy transfer and distribution networks, telecommunication networks, construction of public parks and gardens and irrigation networks, dams constructions, manufacturing and selling of readymade concrete for infrastructure work purposes.
