Japanese restaurant 99 Sushi Bar’s Dubai branch has launched a brunch, taking place every Friday, from 1pm to 5pm.
Translating to ‘luxury’, the Zeitaku brunch treats guests to a fine dining experience set within the walls of The Address Hotel Downtown. Guests can book a brunch table with three different packages; the soft package is priced at AED 399 per person or upgrade to the sparkling package at AED 599 if desired. The Premium brunch package is priced at AED 999 per person.
The afternoon brunch includes 11 courses of signature dishes, comprising an array of nigiri, tuna specialties and sushi – all served at the table plate by plate. As guests feast on cuisine, there will be a performance by percussionist Walter Scalzone.
Favourites from the a la carte menu have been added on to the brunch menu and include signature dishes such as the spicy tuna tartar with wakame seaweed, salmon flambé nigiri with lime and the grilled foie gras nigiri with raspberry and tare sauce. The meal is concluded on a sweet note with a selection of mochi ice-cream complemented with a range of coffees and teas.
Those familiar with the 99 Sushi Bar brand may have experienced the original Zeitaku Brunch within the Four Seasons Hotel, at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi.
