The exchange rate of the main currencies against the Kuwaiti dinar were remarkably stable on Monday as the US dollar and euro remained unchanged at KD 0,283 and KD 0,380 respectively compared to that of Sunday.
The Central Bank of Kuwait said in its daily bulletin that the same applied to the pound sterling, Swiss franc and Japanese yen whose rates were stabilized at KD 0,476; KD 0,312; and KD 0,003 respectively.
The recent US economy reports, mainly the ones related to unemployment which has risen by 6,2 percent last July, are still affecting the international currency exchange markets.
