Qatar Stock Exchange index dropped 100.30 points (-0.95%) when it closed at 10,511.50 points on Wednesday.
The daily turnover decreased to QR 175.426 Million with a volume of 3,977,680 shares from 3,396 deals compared with QR 229.189 Million with a volume of 5,596,852 shares from 4,383 deals on Tuesday.
The market capitalization decreased to QR 552,716 from QR 558.060 registered today, while Indices of one sector ended in green and six ended in red.
Banking & Financial Services sector dropped -1.07% to 2,812.77 points, while Industrials sectors down to -1.44% to 3,104.58 points. QSE Total Return Index dropped -0.95% to 16,338.62 points. QE Al Rayan Islamic Index decreased -0.77% to 3,954.62 points.
From the 43 companies listed on QSE, shares of 39 saw trading today, from these 6 gained, 31 dropped and two remained unchanged today.
