The Qatar Exchange in the green area on Wednesday adding 70.96 points (0.57%) advance to 12,591.32 points from 12,520.36 on Tuesday.
The volume of the shares traded fell to 8,500,251 from 19,671,102 on Tuesday and the value of shares decreased to QR496,126,315.82 from QR913,986,196.42 Tuesday.
Among the top gainers were Qatar National Bank which was up 3.27% to QR183.00, Electricity and Water gained 1.36% to QR186.00, Doha Bank added 3.09% to QR60.00 and Gulf International up by 2.20% to QR92.80.
