The index of wholesale prices for the month of June 2014 grew by 1.2% compared to the previous year, due to changes in five major sections consisting the index.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, the Central department for statistics and information said that the Department of chemicals and related products raised by $ 7.3%, followed by the Procurement Department by 4.8%, Department of manufactured goods by 2.9%, department of food and live animals by 1.4%, and Department of the raw materials except fuels by 0.4%.
