Renault Trucks maintains its performance in 2019

Bruno Blin, President of Renault Trucks, has announced a steady growth in results in 2019 with 54,098 trucks being invoiced. The MENA region saw 4,933 trucks being invoiced in 2019.

Used trucks sales went up by 11% and saw an increase of 3% after sales turnover. 9,442 used trucks were invoiced, an increase of 11%

GROWTH ACROSS ALL INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

2019, witnessed an historically high market share in Turkey, an increase of 8.8% compared to 2018. In addition to that 850 trucks were manufactured in Algeria and new partnerships were formed in Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, and Lebanon.

PREDICT: MILES AHEAD IN MAINTENANCE

Bruno also had praise for their new system called ‘PREDICT’ in which Renault Trucks will be able to predict ahead of time for maintenance and potential problems.

By taking action before the breakdown occurs, Renault Trucks gives its customers complete peace of mind. Its Start & Drive Excellence Predict predictive maintenance contract halves downtime and makes sure the fleet stays on the road. Start & Drive Excellence Predict is based on a carefully managed service schedule and the analysis of technical data collected in real-time thanks to vehicle connectivity.
