Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Eagle Hills, has announced the launch of Nada Residences on Maryam Island, a luxury waterfront development in Al Khan and Al Mamzar districts.
The 74-unit building is the latest release within the Maryam Gate Residences community, the second phase of the Maryam Island masterplan located in the heart of downtown Sharjah.
Nada Residences is designed around the concept of community living. The seven-storey building surrounds communal spaces. The new building features amenities including swimming pools for kids and adults, children’s play areas, a gym and a multi-function room.
The residences fall within a walking distance of retail offerings on Maryam Island, and the beaches of Mamzar and Al Khan.
