OLI by SHI’s Friday Night Brunch continues to redefine late-night dining in Dubai

MOLI By SHI, elevates its signature Friday Night Brunch with the launch of an updated menu that brings fresh energy, refined balance and bold new flavours to the much-loved late-night dining experience. Launching from the second week of January, the refreshed brunch continues to celebrate MOLI’s vibrant, social dining ethos while introducing thoughtfully reworked dishes designed for indulgent evenings and shared moments.

Available every Friday night with seating from 7:00pm, the three-hour brunch experience presents a carefully curated journey through contemporary Chinese cuisine. Guests begin with a selection of starters including crispy duck bao buns, spicy edamame, crispy tiger prawns with wasabi sauce and Yun Nan wild mushroom salad, followed by an assorted dim sum basket showcasing MOLI’s refined craftsmanship.

The main course selection has been refreshed to deliver lighter yet indulgent flavours, with sole replacing seabass as a more delicate and refined seafood option, while sweet and sour chicken makes its debut in place of Kung Pao corn-fed chicken, offering a classic, crowd-pleasing twist. Additional highlights include wok ginkgo tiger prawns, beef ribs with black pepper sauce, lamb tree and tofu eggplant hot pot, all complemented by a new selection of side dishes created to enhance the sharing experience.

Guests looking to elevate the dining experience further can opt for MOLI’s signature duck add-ons, featuring both Peking duck and Cantonese crispy duck, before concluding with a rotating dessert selection.

Guests can enjoy a curated beverage menu featuring house wines, spirits and cocktails, including signature serves such as the Yuzu Margarita, Prickly Pear Martini and Basil Smash. Packages are priced at AED 275 per person for the soft package and AED 395 per person for the house package, valid for three hours and subject to municipality fee.

With a refreshed menu, lively atmosphere and a balance of refinement and fun, MOLI by SHI’s Friday Night Brunch continues to redefine late-night dining in Dubai, offering guests an exciting way to kick-start the weekend.

Guests are encouraged to book in advance.
