Itir’s journey in the business world began with a degree in business administration. Her foray into the hotel industry marked a significant milestone in her career, holding various roles in hotel sales departments across renowned international brands such as IHG, Radisson and Marriott Hotels before joining Grand Hyatt Istanbul as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the past two years.
Throughout her 20-year career, Itir has been guided by three core principles: work discipline, perfectionism, and an unwavering passion for her profession and her team. These values have formed the foundation of her approach, driving her commitment to achieving excellence and fostering a supportive team environment.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Itir finds joy in various hobbies, including traveling, reading, and swimming. She believes that these activities not only provide relaxation and creativity but also serve as opportunities for personal growth and exploration.
