2023 marks Kanaan’s 23rd hospitality anniversary. His passion and excellent skills for the industry are the basic two elements that made a positive impact on all the hotel chains that he has been part of. Starting from his home country Lebanon, to Nigeria, and finally to United Arab Emirates – working with more than five hospitality brands, Kanaan has been an example of a true leader across the region.
Recently in November 2022, Kanaan has joined Radisson Hotel Group. When asked about what drove him to this choice, he mentioned that RHG is one of the world’s largest and most dynamic hotel groups, with tremendous brands.
Working in the hospitality industry is not everyone’s cup of tea. In fact, and in a very short period, Kanaan has collaborated with his entire team and could’ve accomplished an outstanding performance at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. For instance, in February 2023, Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman achieved the highest revenue and owner’s return in its history. As for April 2023, the mentioned hotel has ranked number one in Guest Satisfaction Index among all RHG hotel brands in United Arab Emirates. By setting his strategies, investing in his team members and of course by following a clear roadmap, Kanaan has reached the desired goals which one of them was to satisfy guests who are more likely to come back and be loyal to the hotel, as they would become true brand ambassadors.
