Every Saturday from 12 PM to 4 PM, DIFC’s lush oasis transforms into a playground of exotic tastes and rhythms, delivering an experience that pulses with energy and excitement.
Music is the heartbeat of this jungle-themed Saturday brunch, where Amazónico reignites the vibe with its signature elec-tropical beats. From 1:30 PM, the resident takes over the lounge, blending Latin-inspired sounds with house tunes while the percussionist brings the energy to life across the three-story restaurant. Once the weather cools down, the party continues at Paraiso Rooftop Lounge with an after-party from 4 PM to 5:30 PM—because in this jungle, the rhythm never stops.
Chef Diego Sánchez Vargas and his team have crafted a menu that transports diners straight to the heart of the Amazon. Each dish is a journey through bold flavors and diverse tastes, starting with sushi starters like Ginshake Nigiri, featuring king salmon with banana miso cream and chives, and Arepas con Carne, a white corn arepa stuffed with pulled veal and spicy avocado. For the main event, choose between Baby Chicken or Sea Bass Romesco. End your meal on a sweet note with indulgent desserts like Dulce de Leche milk cake, Tres Leches de Arequipe, or Pina Rostizada, a quimbolito cake paired with roasted caramelized pineapple and coconut sorbet.
Amazónico Brunch takes place in the vibrant bar & lounge area, featuring a striking ten-meter cocktail bar that stretches across the ground floor, offering an impressive backdrop to the whole experience.
