The UAE health Ministry has reduced the price of PCR tests in all national medical establishments to Dhs50.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) has also asked all centres and laboratories to issue results within 24 hours.
The move will reduce the cost of tests and ease the burden on members of the community and will also ensure regular COVID-19 testing.
The resolution will be in force from Aug.31, 2021.
The adherence of the resolution by all health establishments will be monitored by health authority.
