Kick off your weekend with a twist at Alba’s Japanese Lazy Breakfast – your new go-to weekend ritual. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 15:00, this vibrant, laid-back experience takes the traditional breakfast to a whole new level, combining bold flavours with a relaxed atmosphere, in the convenient location of Downtown Dubai.

Start your morning with an exciting mix of signature dishes, all inspired by Japan’s beloved choushoku (breakfast). Choose from a tempting spread of Tamagoyaki, the fluffy Japanese omelet, with decadent toppings like King Crab, Spicy Akami Tuna, Truffle, and more. If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, ALBA puts a unique spin on classic breakfast options like Truffle Tamago, Teriyaki Chicken, and Curry Wagyu.

Get ready for the perfect fusion of Japanese and Mexican flavours with ALBA’s mouth-watering Tostadas topped with King Crab or Wagyu Truffle. For the savory lovers, there are hearty Rice Bowls featuring Salmon and Ikura (Salmon Roe) or King Crab, and the showstopper – Okonomiyaki. This Japanese-style pancake, available with Salmon, Bacon, or Wagyu, is sure to spice up your morning routine. The bacon version offers an authentic taste of the Japanese breakfast classic.

Those feeling extra hungry can dive into Alba’s warm Miso King Crab Soup or a bowl of Chicken or Wagyu Ramen to fuel your weekend, or recovery. And don’t forget the sweets – enjoy delicate desserts like Fruit Sando, Yuzu Toast, or Mini Yuzu Pancakes, all served at a leisurely pace, letting you savour every bite.

Go big with the Lazy Set – a four-course feast including Tamagoyaki, Sando or Tostada, Scramble, Okonomiyaki, or Ramen, followed by dessert. The Lazy Set is complemented by your choice of unlimited coffee, tea, juice, wine, beer or even some signature cocktails and mocktails such as ‘If Unicorns Were Real’, a whimsical blend of vodka, luscious Madagascar vanilla, and vibrant passion fruit, crowned with sparkling sake for a touch of magic, or ‘Wise Turtle Going Nuts’, a refined blend of macadamia-infused gin, a symphony of bitters and vermouths, and a hint of almond. The set also features a special cocktail, the Alba Yuzu Sgroppino, a yuzu sorbet floating in vodka, perfect to kickstart the lazy day. The Lazy Set starts at AED 350, with the option to level up to Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne for AED 400. Or go for the Alba Choushoku – a traditional breakfast platter with rice, Miso Soup, Salmon Teriyaki, or Beef Bacon for a lighter, yet still incredibly satisfying start.

With only 25 covers per session, ALBA guarantees personalised service and a calm, cool vibe, complete with Japanese city pop and lounge music to set the mood.  Let Alba help you kick-start your lazy weekend mornings with an unforgettable breakfast experience.
