MOLI By SHI, the premier destination for exquisite Chinese cuisine, is thrilled to announce the launch of their inaugural fine-dining brunches. Introducing the Friday Late Night Brunch and the MOLItian Sunday brunch, these new experiences promise to elevate Dubai’s brunch scene.
Launching on June 28th, MOLI by SHI will host the Friday Late Night Brunch, transforming Friday evenings from 8 PM to 11 PM into a vibrant culinary and entertainment extravaganza. Guests can savour a delectable selection of Chinese specialties, beginning with starters such as Spicy Edamame and Crispy Tiger Prawn with Wasabi Sauce followed by the Dim Sum Library offering an exquisite selection, including Chicken & Prawn Shanghai Dumpling, and Tiger Prawn Chang Fen. Main courses include Wok Ginkgo Tiger Prawn, Lamb Tree, and Beef Ribs with Black Pepper Sauce. The evening concludes with the delightful Xiang Jiao Parfait.
Starting June 30th, the MOLItian Sunday Brunch is perfect for family gatherings and leisurely outings, from 1 PM to 4 PM. This brunch is designed to cater to all ages, offering a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Diners can enjoy starters such as Crispy Duck Bao Bun and French Beans with Magic Chili, alongside with a Live Station where guests can savour the must-try Moli Peking Duck. Main courses include Kung Pao Sole Fish and Crispy Curry Chicken with Gu Thai Sauce. The brunch concludes with the delicious Xiang Jiao Parfait dessert.
Both brunches will be ignited by the electrifying beats of resident DJ Joker and the mesmerising vocals of singer Lulu, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Guests can choose from packages including soft beverages for AED 250 and house beverages for AED 350, with a premium top-up of AED 100 to choose on their favourite spirits. To keep the party going, anyone wishing to continue the fun after brunch is expired will receive an exclusive discount on their total bill.
To celebrate the launch, MOLI by SHI will extend an additional hour for both brunches until the end of September, giving guests more time to enjoy the delightful offerings and lively entertainment.
