The culinary journey begins with the finest Fin de Claire oysters, setting the tone for a night of indulgence and romance. Starters are designed to be shared with Valentine’s Salad with parmesan crisps and roasted hazelnuts and a delectable Seafood Platter that showcases the freshest catches.
For first course, guests can choose from either Raviolo Amore Mio with buffalo ricotta and mushroom filling and truffle sauce or Risotto Capesante e Piselli with green peas and seared scallops.
Main courses deliver big on flavour with either perfectly cooked and tender Wagyu Short Rib or Sautéed Tiger Prawns, ending with Italian Meringue with strawberry compote, wild berry gel, mascarpone cream and candied chilli.
