Eden Bar, one of the hottest new dining & nightlife venues in the city, is kicking off 2023 with a new menu and a new brunch concept sure to delight your palate.
Located at the rooftop of the Dubai Opera, dining al fresco style at the lush surrounds of Eden is a fabulous experience made even better with a new menu from Brand Chef Giacomo Lombardi and a roster of guest DJs from event partner, Equal by Nature.
The New Menu
Tuscan Chef Giacomo Lombardi is once again ready to take diners on a fresh gastronomic journey with signature dishes that are guaranteed to become favourites in his new menu.
Rediscover Mediterranean flavours and the freshest catch from the sea with new plates like the Polpo e Cavolfiore, an octopus with cauliflower dish; Linguini Al Gamberi, hand-made linguine with Mediterranean shrimps; Casarecce Al Ragu Di Anatra, a Sicilian pasta dish with tender duck meat; Trofie al Pesto di Basilico; Ligurian hand-rolled pasta with basil pesto and burrata; Pizza Oro Nero, a decadent pizza with buffalo mozzarella, parmigiano, black truffle and gold leaves; For desserts, the chef recommends the Éclair Foresta Negra, a rich black forest éclair filled with chocolate cream, cherry and mascarpone Chantilly.
This new menu is accompanied with tipples by five-time award-winning chef bartender from The World’s 50 Best Bars, Mikhail Melnik. His dazzling concoctions enjoyed alongside Chef Lombardi’s beautifully presented plates makes dining at Eden a truly lavish experience.

Eden Bar offers not only a feast for the palate but a feast for the senses. True to its brand promise of bringing a regular lineup of international and local culinary & entertainment programs, Eden has partnered up with music & nightlife team, Equal by Nature to bring in the top turntablists in the country each week at The Sanctuary Brunch by Eden. Guests are in for a showcase of the best dishes from Eden’s new a la carte menu as well as a fantastic soundtrack and a great party vibe.
Equal by Nature is a collective of experienced entrepreneurs in the global music and nightlife industry on an ongoing journey to create and implement platforms, unique concepts and immersive experiences. Their team includes Ivan MIlivojev, who has co-founded several major international festivals, such as: EXIT, Warriors Dance Festival, Sea Dance Festival, Revolution Festival, and DEV9T; Wees Abraham, with over 14 years of operational & investment experience in various business sectors; and Zakri Cockrell, who has toured and managed over 450 shows across all continents.
Stephen Gersowsky, Chief Operating Officer of Restart Group shares how this new brunch is just a taste of the exciting plans the group has for Eden, “This 2023, we’re elevating our commitment to provide culinary and nightlife programs for audiences of all tastes. We’ll be bringing guest chefs to take over the kitchen and create different brunch menus and have a lineup of different guest DJ’s and live performers every week.
