The Christmas Brunch menu featuresstarters of Okra Chips, Raita, Spicy mango salad, Portobello mushroom and the main dishes include a flavoursome selection of Charred butternut squash, with smoked aioli, coconut amchur, forest honey, Black pepper prawns with peanut, coconut mint, and Confit duck leg with pumpkin puree, and cucumber jalapeno salsa to name a few.
The resident pastry chef and creative culinary director, Chef Trisha Henault, has prepared delicious treats for the holiday season, including Warm Ginger-Chocolate Bread Pudding and the restaurant’s signature Peanut Butter Pie with milk fudge.
