Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, Minister of Finance, met here today with President of Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta Dennis Lockhart who is currently visiting the Kingdom.
At the outset of the meeting, Dr. Al-Assaf briefed Dennis on the Kingdom’s projects in various fields and the upcoming governmental programs in the fields of transportation, education and basic environment.
The President of Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta has lauded the great development in the Kingdom in all fields, pointing out the developmental policies followed by the Kingdom which resulted in distinguished outcomes leading the Kingdom to the high economic and financial position in the world.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed a number of issues pertaining to organizational and coordinating aspects in the global banking and financial sectors.
