Qatar’s business owners, exporters and representatives of industrial companies met at Qatar Chamber headquarters on Wednesday in presence of Ahmed Ahen , the Head of international cooperation and trade agreements department at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) and Deputy Head of Department Badi Al-Badi and QC Members Affairs Director Hussein Yousef Abdul Ghani.
At the beginning of the meeting, attended by Director General of QC, Remy Rohani , QC Members Affairs Director Hussein Yousef Abdul Ghani, welcomed the attendance and praised the fruitful cooperation between MEC and QC in overcoming difficulties and resolving problems facing Qatari businessmen in line with Qatar National Vision 2030, which aims to promote the diversity of the Qatari economy.
For his part, Ahmed Ahen said that the meeting comes within the framework of cooperation between MEC and QC, pointing out that these meetings contribute significantly to discussing problems and obstacles facing business owners , exporters and working to find appropriate solutions to these problems.
Ahen stressed that this meeting comes in regard to directives of HE the Minister of MEC who always directs to address those problems with concerned authorities so as to have a benefit for Qatar’s economy in general.
