Kuwait is eager to develop trade and industrial cooperation with Egypt, and to deepen their relations in various other economic fields, said Assistant Undersecretary for International Organizations and External Trade at Kuwait’s Commerce and Industry Ministry, Abdullah Al-Owaisi on Saturday.
Al-Owaisi said in a press statement after meeting with Egyptian Trade and Industry Minister, Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour, who arrived here today to sign a bilateral cooperation agreement and expand economic frameworks between the two sides.
Egypt’s trade and economic market motivates Kuwait to enhance relations with it to include extensive commercial and industrial cooperation, Al-Owaisi noted.
It is expected that Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Mohsen Al-Medej is scheduled to sign the bilateral cooperation agreement with the visiting Egyptian minister.
