Kuwaiti Minister of Finance Anas Al-Saleh chairs on Wednesday the 98th meeting of the Committee on Financial and Economic Cooperation, (finance ministers) of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) next Wednesday and Thursday in Kuwait.
According to a statement issued by the Finance Ministry, the conferees will tackle a number of topics, including the study of deepening economic integration among member states to implement the decision of the Supreme Council in its 33rd session.
The meeting will also discuss the recommendations made by the Committee of Governors of Monetary Agencies, GCC central banks, the Customs Union as well as the recommendations submitted by the Committee of Deputy Ministers of Finance and Economy in the GCC countries in their 43rd meeting on the meetings of working groups and other technical committees emanating from the Committee for Financial and Economic Cooperation.
