HE Minister of Economy and Trade Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani met here today with New Zealand’s Ambassador to Qatar Malcolm Millar.
During the meeting, they exchanged views and discussed aspects of cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the fields of economy, trade and investment, and ways of enhancing them.
The volume of trade exchange between the State of Qatar and New Zealand reached about QR 1.78 billion in 2013.
HE the Minister also met today with Ambassador of the Republic of France Jean-Christophe Peaucelle.
Discussions during the meeting dealt with joint cooperation between the two countries in economic, trade and investments spheres and means to boost them.
It is noteworthy that the volume of trade exchange between the State of Qatar and the Republic of France in 2013 amounted to about QR 8.7 billion.
