Noon By Noor co-founders Shaikha Noor Rashid Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Mohamed Al Khalifa returned to London to present their SS26 collection, ‘Mirage

Founders and Designers of Noon By Noor, Shaikha Noor Rashid Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Mohamed Al Khalifa, presented their Spring Summer 2026 collection, titled ‘Mirage’, in a salon-style presentation today at London’s prestigious Somerset House.

The collection draws on a mosaic of inspirations from both memory and art: the independence of Veruschka captured in vintage photographs, childhood moments under desert skies, music that stirred the soul and the romanticism of Pre-Raphaelite paintings.

“Mirage is about the beauty of what you can’t quite hold onto. The shimmer of fabric as it catches the sun, the way a silhouette disappears into light. We wanted the collection to feel like that: delicate, fluid, always changing depending on how you see it,” added Shaikha Noor Al Khalifa.

This theme is anchored in a colour palette of white, pale gold, sand, desert khaki, Bahraini red and cherry blossom pinks. Lightweight fabrics that move with ease include blended metallic cotton mixes, cotton silk voiles, linens, silks, viscose silk, challis, silk chiffons and georgette.

Embellishments feature cotton cord handcrafted knotted belts and tops, Noon By Noor exclusive printed silks, trompe l’oeil appliqué and pintucks.

Silhouettes embody a sense of femininity grounded in familiarity. A raincoat spliced at the waist with a macramé belt, while dresses like mirages appear ethereal and flowing, dappled in light.

Tailored shirts with jacket sleeves are paired with shorts and elongated sportswear transforms into eveningwear.

The Noon By Noor woman dresses with a nonchalant attitude: the confident shrug of a raincoat thrown on as she heads out the door, a borrowed shirt made entirely her own, paired with deep- pleated trousers.

“As designers, we continue to ask, together with our team, how we can empower the Noon By Noor woman’s dreams and desires, bringing a human connection that moves from the heart through the hands of the craftsmen and women who create these stories,” said Shaikha Haya Al Khailfa.

With a backdrop against a psychedelic soundtrack curated by Uwe Doll, Mirage captures the confidence and freedom of a woman who dresses with both timeless familiarity and a sense of magnetism
