Guests will enjoy a refined à la carte experience, with Mediterranean-Asian flavours elevated through premium ingredients, expressive plating and Zenon’s unmistakable creative flair.
Throughout the evening, live performers and vocalists will bring the spirit of celebration to life, creating an evolving rhythm that builds anticipation for the most awaited moment of the night. As the clock approaches midnight, diners are treated to one of the most iconic views in the world: the Burj Khalifa fireworks, seen directly from Zenon’s prime Downtown setting. The sky erupts in colour, the city sparkles and guests step into 2026 surrounded by beauty, indulgence and joy.
This year, guests will also have the chance to discover a selection of Zenon’s festive culinary highlights — exquisite seasonal dishes crafted especially for the holidays and available throughout December. The menu features refined creations such as Beef Carpaccio with king oyster mushrooms, morels, pickled elements and wild mushroom vinaigrette, Smoked Duck Breast paired with Jerusalem artichoke cream and an orange spice sauce, and the luxurious Venison Medallion served with parsnip purée, chestnuts and chanterelle chamomile sauce. Larger groups can indulge in the impressive Whole Roasted Chicken elevated with foie gras, truffle, mountain herb jus and caramelised potatoes, while the elegant Mont Blanc Chestnut Frangipane with Opalys salted caramel mousse, coffee crémeux and forest fruit sorbet offers the perfect sweet finish to the festive experience.
