As the countdown to 2026 begins, CLAY Dubai is ready to throw a celebration like no other. Located in Bluewaters Island, this beloved Nikkei-inspired dining destination invites guests to step into the New Year with style, flavour, and upbeat energy. From 7:00 PM until 2:00 AM, CLAY will transform into a lively atmosphere of music, movement, and taste, with its resident DJ Alexa Kefi , a lineup of entertainment with singer and clarinette player Claudia Decuba and percussionist Mateo Valencia, setting the rhythm for a night to remember. Guests will also be treated to spectacular views of Ain Dubai, the island’s much-anticipated drone show, and the dazzling fireworks display lighting up the Dubai skyline.
Seating options are tailored to give guests the New Year’s Eve experience they crave. Outdoor dining offers stunning views of the celebrations, while indoor seating starts from a minimum spend of AED 800. CLAY’s exclusive Private Dining Room is also available for those looking to host a more intimate celebration —a perfect hideaway to toast to new beginnings with friends and family.
For this special occasion, CLAY’s à la carte menu will be available, spotlighting its best-loved Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes with a handpicked selection perfect for the night. From the tangy, fresh ceviche to richly marinated sushi rolls, each dish is created to enhance the night’s festivities, blending bold flavours that celebrate the unique spirit of CLAY.
